The main reasons for this decision that Jevgenijs mentions are the chance to work in the most modern Science and research center in the Baltics, as well as his dynamic job. In the process of creating and researching new medicines, every day can bring new discoveries and be like an exciting adventure in the world of chemistry.
“There are currently quite a lot of young chemists working at “Olpha”, who previously left to study or work abroad, but decided to return to Latvia after some time. Why? Because specialists’ pay has become competitive, and our families are here, as well as our native Latvian language. I am proud that I can offer my contribution to making sure that we will be able to talk about Latvia’s national pharmacy sector for the next ten, twenty and a hundred years,” believes Jevgenijs Tjutrins.
