Since 2011, Olpha has been awarding outstanding students from Riga Stradiņš University Faculty of Pharmacy students with an Excellence Scholarship in order to support the most talented and determined students in their pharmaceutical career aspirations. Scholarship recipients are selected through a competition.
Olpha in collaboration with SIA Centrālā laboratorija is recognising young chemistry and biology teachers with the scholarship “Chemistry Between Us!”. Each year, 10 young and talented teachers are awarded a one-time scholarship of 3,000 euros. Application rounds take place in spring and autumn. The regulations of the scholarship program and the application form are available on the website of the project www.starpmumsirķīmija.lv.
Olpha welcomes interns to gain practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Interns have the opportunity to workt on their scientific papers under guidance of experienced specialists.

Sports and active lifestyle are a fundamental part of health promotion and healthy life. In order to foster a healthy society, we need to realise how important it is to induce interest in an active lifestyle from early childhood. Sports for children and young people, as well as activities that promote the well-being and emotional health of children and young people, have been chosen as one of our primary areas of support.
