The corporate governance of Olpha is carried out by the shareholders’ meeting, the council, the board and the board of directors.
The board develops and implements the company’s strategy. In turn, the council is involved in the development of the strategy, approves it and supervises the implementation of the strategy.
Olpha is led by a management board comprising of industry experts and thought leaders.
